The black building with the silver stars, each one a name that's played here since 1970 — Prince's is painted gold. The Mainroom holds about 1,500 and the sound is better than it has any right to be; the 7th St Entry next door is a 250-cap box where you'll catch bands two years before they're on the Mainroom marquee.
