A 6.5-acre fully fenced off-leash park near the Bunker Hills compost site, with separate big- and small-dog runs, an open play area, and a short trail. A joint Coon Rapids/Andover facility in Anoka County. Free; dogs licensed and vaccinated, three per handler.
