Celebrating its 140th year, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival is one of the oldest winter festivals in the United States, featuring ice sculptures in Rice Park, the King Boreas Grande Day Parade on Grand Avenue, Vulcan Snow Park at the State Fairgrounds, and community events spread across downtown St. Paul over 10 days.
