A free celebration of Indigenous culture, music, food, art, and history co-presented by the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board and the St. Anthony Falls Heritage Board. The festival honors Owámniyomni, the Dakota name for St. Anthony Falls meaning 'turbulent water,' featuring Indigenous-owned vendors, artists, live performances, traditional dance, and hands-on activities.
